Easy to install. No need to turn off your router or unplug any wires that resets your router. Simply place your router in the Router Guard and close the lid and you're done!  If your router has antennas simply fold the antennas down to fit in the Router Guard.

Router Guard Installation Instructions

The WiFi Router Guard is simple and easy to use and will shield you form about 85% to 90% of the EMF your router emits. For installing the router into the Router Guard you do not have to turn your router off or unplug any of the cables.

  • Step 1

    Unpackage the Router Guard.

     

    Step 2

    Open the lid of the Router Guard.

     

    Step 3

    If you router has antennas rotate and fold them down.

     

    Step 4

    Place your router in the Router Guard and slightly bend the cables so the come out the slot in the front of the Router Guard.

     

    Step 5

    Close the lid of the Router Guard and you’re done!

The WiFi Router Guard was designed specifically to reduce the RF, radio frequency waves, emitted by WiFi routers.   The Router Guard is design and made of a low carbon steel made to the shape of most routers on the market today.  The Router Guard, deigned with a metal mesh cage acts as a Faraday cage.  Faraday cages we developed in the mid 1800’s by Michael Faraday and are still used today in all kinds of industrial uses where shielding RF is critical.

 

By placing your WiFi router inside the Router Guard the RF waves emitted by your router are absorbed and dissipated into the mass of the Router Guard mesh.  No heat is generated because of the small amount of RF energy and the large mass of the Router Guard. 

 

The Router Guard has been tested with several RF meters including the Gigahertz Solution HF 35C, the TriField TF2 and the Cornet ED88T Plus and shown to block about 85% to 90% of the RF WiFi routers emit.  The 10% or so the gets out enables you to still use your router while shielding you and your family from 85% to 90% of the EMF.
